When do you accept consignments?

We consign Tuesday-Friday from 10-5pm. We are open late on Thursdays, where we consign until 7pm. Saturday and Sunday are drop off ONLY. We will look through your items at our earliest convenience, throughout the weekend, and will contact you on Tuesday to let you know what we consigned. All hangers, bins, or baskets will be returned to you.

Do you need to make an appointment to consign?

No. Appointments are not necessary to consign. There is always someone to look through your items throughout the week during consigning hours. If we are inundated with consignment at the moment, we will ask to have you drop off your items and we will be in touch within 24 hours to let you know what we consigned.

How do you payout your consignors?

You may be paid-out at any time throughout your consignment terms. We payout by cash, check or store credit. However, if we have not seen or heard from you within two years of your first drop off, then your moneys will be forfeited.

Do you accept seasonal consignments only?

Yes. We accept clothing and accessories per the season. We will not accept summer/spring items during fall/winter months, vice versa.

What conditions do consignments need to be in?

All clothing, accessories and footwear consignments must be 3 years or newer, laundered, gently used, free of stains, rips, holes, missing buttons, pilling, etc. Jewelry must be polished, if necessary, and watches working. Furniture and home décor must be clean, free of scratches and stains.

How many items do you accept per drop off?

We accept 30 items total. We ask clothing to be hung or neatly folded in a basket, bin or shopping bag.

Do I get the option to pick up my “expired” items?

Yes. You have 48 hours, from the expired date, to contact us. We will gather your items and have them ready for pick up upon your arrival. If you do not wish or fail to pick up your items within the allotted time, then they will be integrated into our inventory and donated to women’s shelters.

How do I know if my items have sold?

It is your responsibility to contact us regarding your account balance. You can contact us via phone, email, Facebook message, or just simply stop in. Online account balance link coming soon…
